THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF WANCHER WATCH

Your WANCHER® Watch has been manufactured with scrupulous workmanship and the finest quality materials. Our production method includes numerous quality control applied to every step of the creation of the product. The strict quality control ensures that the product you have chosen will be as functional as it is beautiful.

Routine maintenance or damage resulting from the failure to maintain the product in accordance with instructions provided by Wancher. Ordinary wear and tear arising from use of the product, or damage caused from accidents, misuse, abuse, and unauthorized servicing will not be covered by the warranty. 

The variations in texture and/or color of some certain natural materials, such as the leather strap or on the Urushi (Japanese lacquer) dial and other associated factors are not defects, but rather natural attributes which bring beauty and uniqueness to each product.

If you bought your Wancher® product from a retailer and it has a manufacturer's defect, please contact the retailer to get further instruction, who will then contact us if they are unable to resolve the matter.

Gift Warranty

If you have received Wancher product as a gift and encountered an issue with the product afterwards, kindly inquire whom you received the gift from the order number or the email address used for making the order from Wancherwatch.com. We are not responsible for the product purchased without original order ID from no other platform than www.wancherwatch.com

Our Warranty does not apply for products sold for resale or for commercial purposes.

For making an inquiry regarding a product, please state your order number and send us both pictures or video of where the issue can be understood. The inquiry cannot be taken into account in case the required documents or proof of the issue cannot be presented. 

Leather Goods

Subject to applicable conditions and exclusions, leather goods are protected from the original date of purchase by a six-month limited warranty (proof of purchase required). If the leather good proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use anytime within the warranty period, we will repair or replace the item free of charge with same or comparable product. Defective leather goods will not be returned to customer.

The variations in color and texture are the prized characteristics of beautiful tanned leather. Over time, the leather will acquire a patina and may also darken due to the oils from your skin and direct sunlight, further enhancing the natural look of your leather item. Please refer to our Product Care Guidelines for further information on caring for your leather item.

Conditions and Exclusions:

The warranty does not cover damages arising from dye transference, accidents or misuse, or from any alteration, service or repair performed by any party other than Wancher Inc.
If you have purchased your Wancher® product from a retailer and feel the item has a manufacturer's defect, please contact your retailer and return them to the place of purchase.
Wancher Inc. does not offer a guarantee or repair service on merchandise purchased from an off-priced retailer or unauthorized retailer.

Free Returns & Exchanges

Wancher is committed to making your shopping experience a success. If you are not 100% satisfied with your online purchase, we will happily accept returns for a full refund or exchange any Wancher products purchased on the website for up to 30 days following delivery.

Proof of purchase or packing slip invoice is required for reimbursement of the full purchase price. In all cases, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment.

In case that the return product is not a damaged or defective item and/or because of personal reasons/preferences, we will deduct the original shipping fee and 10% re-stocking fee from the refund payment.

Returns and exchanges are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Product must be returned in a new and unused state, in perfect condition with the Wancher original box or package, including all accessories and documents (if applicable). Wancher will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way unless the product is proven to have a manufacturer's defect

Personalized products cannot be returned to Wancher for exchange or refund.

If you have received free items as part of your order, they must be returned with the products unless you receive different instruction from our representatives.

All returns will be subject to strict quality control by Wancher to ensure that the returned products satisfy these requirements. If the products do not meet the quality control standards, Wancher will refuse the return, and send back the products to the customer or recipient after informing the customer about the case. If the returned product satisfies the quality control standards, Wancher will process the applicable refund or exchange as soon as possible.

Customs Duty / Tax Charges 

All Wancher products are shipped from Japan and the actual value of your order will be declared to customs. Please be aware that you are responsible for all customs and import fees when the parcel reaches the destination country. We will not be responsible for any customs, import, tax, and brokerage fees charged.

Since customs fees varies from country to country, the customs and import fee might be different depending on your shipping address. Please check with your country's regulations to calculate the fees.

If customs and duties are not paid and the item is requested to be returned, Wancher will be liable to pay for the customs charges. For this reason upon the return of the product at our warehouse the tax fee will be deducted from the refunded amount instead of the 10% restocking fee and the shipping fee will not be refunded. 

Please be aware that prolonged failure to receive the product, numerous changes made on delivery times and dates, delayed changes in addresses may be subject to additional charges by the shipping couriers.

These additional charges will not be borne by Wancher. If the product is returned due to extra charges incurred by the aforementioned reasons, the total amount of the fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.

All text data, pictures and media contents of the website are subject to provide general information of our products, company and services. The contents may generate offers to our customers or promotions that rectify our services as we offer online platform for purchasing our products. The website contains information for our customers all over the world and the product and services will be regulated only from Wancher Inc’s headquarter located in Japan.

The contents generated by Wancher Inc. or by its website such as texts, pictures, videos, illustrations, logo, icons, designs are subject to be protected by the authority of Wancher Inc. only and cannot be copied, modified, customized, distributed, without a written consent or agreement of Wancher Inc.

WANCHER owns the right to limit, cancels, or refuse any order placed to us. The rights to limit products purchased per person, per household, per order will also be reserved to WANCHER. Orders placed by or under same customer with same credit card or orders placed to same billing address may be influenced by WANCHER`S Rights to limit purchase or refuse. In the event of cancellation or changes in orders, we may try to notify you by email or billing address/phone number included in the placed order. WANCHER owns the right to limit or refuse order that may be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

  You agree and understood to provide WANCHER with complete and accurate account information for all purchase at our store or at our website. You agree and understand to punctually update necessary changes in your customer account and other information regarding you email address, credit card information to better assist and complete your transition, and in a case of emergency to better inform you of any changes made.
