At Wancher Watch, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent shipping experience for our valued customers. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy outlined below.

Worldwide Shipping Fee

All customers are responsible for the taxes, customs fees, and / or brokerage fees which will be charged at the destination country. Wancher Watch has no control over these fees, and claims no responsibility for these fees. 

At checkout, you will have the option to choose between the following couriers: Japan Post (EMS), UPS, and DHL. To view the exceptions to this rule, please check the list below. This list will be updated regularly. 

* As of August 27, 2025, Japan Post has suspended shipments to the United States of America. This means that Japan Post EMS  (free) will not be available for the United States. Only UPS (20 USD) and DHL (34.99 USD) will be available for the United States. This will be updated if and when Japan Post resumes shipments to the United States.

Due to extenuating circumstances out of our control, the shipping fees for the following countries will be 80 USD, and your package will be shipped via Express Shipping by default:

Japan Post EMS - 6-12 Business Days (FREE): 

This is the national postal service of Japan, and you can expect to receive your package within 12 business days of the courier's pickup. Based on the firsthand accounts of our loyal customers, Japan Post (EMS) is quite reliable, and they are unlikely to charge additional brokerage fees on top of the customs fees charged by the destination country. The tracking, while reliable, will not be as detailed, or as up-to-date, as our other courier partners.

Please note that there is currently no online payment option for taxes with Japan Post (EMS), unlike with DHL and UPS. We recommend that you contact your local post office and provide your Japan Post tracking number and ask for specific instruction on your country's payment procedure.

UPS - 5-10 Business Days (19.99 USD):

You can expect to receive your package within 10 business days of its pickup from our office. The tracking and the online payment of duties / taxes are quite detailed, convenient, and reliable.

UPS will likely charge brokerage fees. These fees are at the discretion of the courier (UPS), and Wancher has no control or say over the amount charged by the courier.

Please note that if you opt to pay your customs fees through the UPS website, it will be considerably cheaper than if you were to pay in cash upon delivery.

DHL - 5-10 Business Days (34.99 USD):

You can expect to receive your package within 10 business days of its pickup from our office. The tracking and the online payment of duties / taxes are quite detailed, convenient, and reliable.

DHL will likely charge brokerage fees. These fees are at the discretion of the courier (DHL), and Wancher has no control or say over the amount charged by the courier.

Please note that if you opt to pay your customs fees through the DHL website, it will be considerably cheaper than if you were to pay in cash upon delivery.

Import and Export Laws: It is the responsibility of the customer to conduct their own due diligence regarding their country's import and export laws before placing an order with us. We strongly encourage customers to familiarize themselves with any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import regulations that may be imposed by their respective countries. By purchasing our watches, customers are assumed to have full awareness of the additional costs that may be incurred upon the arrival of the watch.

Cancellation of Order During Shipping: In the event that a customer requests the cancellation of order during shipping due to their unawareness of import and tax laws, a restocking fee of 15% of the order value, plus the cost of shipping the item back to us, will be charged. It is essential that customers thoroughly research and understand their country's import regulations and potential additional costs before placing an order.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Shipments: We take great care in packaging and ensuring the safe delivery of your order. In the unfortunate event that your shipment arrives damaged, lost, or stolen during transit and we receive unequivocal proof, we will provide a replacement watch. Please note that we do not take responsibility for taxes. Please contact our customer support team immediately with the necessary details, including photographs of any damages or proof of loss, so that we can promptly assist you.

Please note that the above policies apply to the shipping of Wancher Watch products. Different terms may apply to special promotions or collaborations with other brands, which will be clearly stated during the checkout process.
