RETURN POLICY

FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Are you not 100% satisfied with your purchase?
Wancher guarantee full refund and exchange of any Wancher products purchased on the website for up to 30 days after delivery (check out terms and conditions below)

How to proceed?
Evidence of purchase (packing slip invoice) is required to verify the legitimacy of your purchase and free return capabilities. Refund will only be completed through the original payment

Will there be an additional cost?
If the return is issued, due to the customer's personal preferences such as not his:/her's liking despite the product being flawless (comes with no manufacturing error); a deduction of the original shipping fee will be charged and a 5% re-stocking fee will also be deducted from the refund payment.
However, if the product was found to be damaged and flawed due to manufacturing or packaging failure, our return policy dictates that the return will be guaranteed with a new replacement product or a complete refund for cancellation as preferred by the customer. Additionally, please be noted that your shipping fee will also be covered by us. 

Terms and conditions regarding returns and exchanges:

● Returned product must be in an unused and packaged (new) state For instance: with Wancher original box, all accessories and documents all included in the return. Wancher will not be accepting any return with a show of product wear or alteration of use to the product from its original state and condition in any way
 
● Any personalization made to the product cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged

● In the case of special amenities, requests or additional items to be included as part of the purchase, all things included, they all must be returned with the original packaging of the product unless separate guidance will be instructed

● Any returns will be subject to our strict quality control and assessment by Wancher Watch to certify and guarantee the total satisfaction of returned products that match our requirements. If returned products do not match our quality standards and requirements, Wancher will refuse and decline that specific returns and return the products back to the customer or beneficiary after informing about the case in hand. If the returned product satisfies our quality requirements, however, Wancher will provide and proceed with applicable refund or exchange with Wancher products

● When refund proceeds, Credit will automatically proceed with the customer’s original method of payment (credit card, debit credit card or etc.) within a specific amount of days

● Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards.
