WARRANTY & REPAIRS
Watches are protected from the original date of purchase by a one-year international warranty (proof of purchase is required). The hands, dial, and watch movement are the only components covered under the warranty. A covered component will be repaired or the watch will be replaced free of charge if it proves to be defective in material or workmanship under normal use. Please refer to the full warranty language in the warranty booklet that comes with your watch. A return shipping and handling fee will apply to all warranty service.
The manufacturer's warranty does not cover:
- Battery, case, crystal, strap, or bracelet
- Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, or normal wear and tear
- Water damage unless marked water-resistant.
This warranty is void if the watch has been damaged by accident, negligence, unauthorized service, or other factors not due to defects in material or workmanship.
If you have purchased your Wancher® product from a retailer and feel the item has a manufacturer's defect, please contact your retailer and return them to the place of purchase.
