All products are shipped from Japan. Within 3 business days of placing your order, a tracking number will be generated in which packages can be tracked.
If your order is placed during weekends or public holidays, your package will be shipped on the next business day (handling time applies).

After getting released from Japanese customs, UPS will have you final delivery to your destination. Please take the UPS tracking information from Yamato Transport tracking website and track it in the following UPS link https://www.ups.com/track?loc=en_US&requester=ST/

The availability of each shipping method is subject to restrictions based on parcel size, weight and destination.

FAQ

-I was not available during the delivery, what will happen to my order?

In the case of returned items due to non-acceptance of the package by the receipient, a 10 days window will be available to hold item(s). Ensure to contact us during that time for re-shipping (shipping charge will be applicable), otherwise the returned product will count as order cancelation. Refund will be given excluding the shipping fee. 

-Should Wancher Inc be responsible for my import taxes/ charges?

When purchasing items outside Japan, orders purchase might be subject to import taxes, custom charges and Wancher Watch does not have control over those projected fees. Please ensure to contact local post office agents for further details. 

-Can I have combine shipment for multiple purchases? Do I have to pay extra for shipping?

Orders that have arrived at our distribution center (regardless of the plan, seller, etc.) can be arranged to be shipped together for saving, reduction and other purpose. For combine shipping there won’t be any extra shipping charge.
